Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Hailports collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers our website, the free tools we publish (such as the broken-site checker and the cold-email checkers), and the Intent Lead Finder service. We aim to collect as little as possible and to be plain about it.

The short version

• You can use the free tools without an account.
• We store your email only when you give it to us — for example, to receive a full report or to start a paid plan.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• The buyer-intent signals we surface come from public posts, are linked to their source, and never include private data.
• Some outbound links to third-party tools are affiliate links — we may earn a commission if you sign up, at no extra cost to you.
• You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

What we collect, and when

• Free-tool inputs. When you run a check, you submit a value such as a domain or a block of email text. We process it to return your result. We don't require an account, and we don't attach that input to your identity unless you also give us your email.
• Email address — only if you provide it. If you ask for a full report, a fix plan, or you opt into updates, we store the email you enter so we can send what you requested. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Payment details — handled by Stripe. If you buy a plan, checkout runs on Stripe. They process your card and share back only what we need to fulfill the order (such as your email and order status). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Basic server and analytics logs. Like most websites, our servers record standard request data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to keep the service running, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate usage. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.

How we use it

• To return the result of a tool you ran.
• To send the report, fix plan, or updates you asked for.
• To process and fulfill a purchase you made.
• To keep the service secure, debug problems, and measure aggregate usage.

We do not sell your personal information. We don't share it with third parties except the service providers we need to operate (for example, our payment processor and email-delivery provider), and only for those purposes.

About the public signals we publish

The Intent Lead Finder surfaces posts that people published in public — a Reddit thread, a forum question, a public review. We link each signal to its original source and quote the author's own words. We do not publish private data, scraped contact databases, or anything that wasn't part of the public post. If you posted something publicly and would prefer it not appear in our feed, contact us and we'll remove it. See our methodology for exactly how sourcing and scoring work.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to run the site and remember basic preferences. We don't run third-party advertising trackers. Your browser settings let you block or clear cookies at any time.

Data retention

We keep an email you gave us for as long as you have an active relationship with us (a subscription, or until you unsubscribe), and order records as long as we need them for accounting and support. Tool inputs are kept only as long as needed to deliver your result and operate the service.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from any email at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honor those requests regardless. To make a request, email [email protected].

Children

Our tools and services are for business use and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
