Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Hailports — our website, the free tools we publish, and the Intent Lead Finder service. By using any of them, you agree to what's below. We've kept it readable; if something here matters to you, please reach out before relying on it.

What we provide

Acceptable use

You agree to use Hailports lawfully and to not:

You are responsible for your own outreach. We surface who is asking in public; how you contact them, and whether your messages comply with the law, is on you.

Billing, renewals, and cancellation

Affiliate links

Some outbound links to third-party tools are affiliate links — we may earn a commission if you sign up, at no extra cost to you. This never changes what we recommend or how we describe an option; our comparison pages list real alternatives, including ones we don't earn anything from.

Accuracy and no guarantees

We work to surface accurate, well-sourced signals and to link every one to its origin, but we can't guarantee that a public post reflects a person's current intent, that they'll respond, or that you'll close a deal. The free tools run real checks but are a starting point, not professional, legal, or security advice. You should verify anything important before acting on it. We make no guarantee of income, results, or outcomes from using Hailports.

Intellectual property

The website, tools, copy, and the way we structure and score signals are ours. Signals we deliver to you are licensed for your own outreach use under your active plan — not for resale as a standalone data product. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification and comparison.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hailports is provided "as is," and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll post the new version here and update the "last updated" date. Continuing to use Hailports after a change means you accept the updated terms.
